You know that saying that the most experienced person in a specific segment of life (like IT tehcnician, auto maker etc.) has the most terrible and oldest machine cos they are able doing great things even with old stuff.well, that is why I still have and use my old PC from 15yrs ago (in fact it was top notch in its time), haha. I tested it against some other similar "master" VSTs, like BX Masterdesk PRO, Master Plan 10 and none of them had the same pleasing effect on the output with still less CPU load compared to those two mentioned, thus I have very heavy heart to let it go just like that, tho I most prolly will, ah - what a world we live in, man! I'd shitcan it and call it a wrap, long before doing the things in that support thread.Ĭlick to expand.I would - and most prolly will - throw it to garbage only if I hadn't test its sound already and I can tell right away that what it does to the sound is very very pleasant, mix of several normally separate plugins in one and yet it is somehow so greatly mixed together that achieve the same with those separate VSTs would be quite a feat. This is what a legit Cubase rabbit hole looks like. I had previously tried and uninstalled Knock, anyway without any of these problems. It would be deleted in a New York New Year's Eve second, otherwise. Your computer likely crashed because you had too many plugins active, too many tracks playing, or too large of a project open." your Cubase keeps crashing, large of a project open.ĭid you buy this plugin? (or Cubase) That's about the only reason I would bother with it and spend this much time on it. When I first asked if you had tried this in an empty project and also if just on the master bus or in other insert locations, was in reference to system resources.Ī generic google reply about C12 crashing: "If your Cubase keeps crashing for no apparent reason, it could be due to a lack of memory (RAM) on your machine or an excess of commands (CPU) being processed. It can also be less apt to crashing, in general. But FL has always run nicely on machines with less than impressive specs, when compared with Cubase. If it’s not enough for you, by all means, use another DAW that offers what you need.Click to expand. The plugin working correctly in FL lets you know the plugin is installed correctly, not corrupted, etc. Not to mention incredible sound production plugins that are simply as good, if not superior to 3rd part plugins, all thrown in with the original purchase. East West’s ‘Play’ and Kontact and as of late Soundpaint by 8DIO. I bought my own libraries that use their own “instrument plugins” i.e. You can’t seriously suggest that you will buy a program of that calibre and expect it to have £5,000 worth of libraries added, within the price of purchase, including full versions of all Halion and any other libraries.Įven so, I found some stock synths to be extremely useful. Anything that comes with it is just basic stuff. To echo other fellow Cubase users here, the program is not offering content. I have been working as a professional composer for films for over 10 years, and there is no other program that can give me the functions it does. The functions are seemingly endless and it can do pretty much anything to do with music production. In all honesty, Cubase is a phenomenal program in terms of what it offers. Ich habe diverse Probleme mit Cubase Pro Version 12.0.0. Instruments plugins are complely out of date.Īlthough Cubase can drive me up the wall with bugs sometimes, nothing much else bothers me. Ill be happy with any one of those.īy the way the “we” represents those who left cubase for for the other daws and those who are really thinking about leaving. I could ask for render in place or direct routing!? Also an important tool for mixing and mastering. I understand the extra effects and vst instruments but come on now! I could upgrade but I have no need to as I don’t need all the bells and whistles, just the basics to do what I need and multi export and re sizable eq/ch.strip should be available to elements. I could always upgrade but something some important to the use of the DAW should be available on all levels. I would also like multi export in elements. I have to adjust my monitor ratio just to allow my eq /ch. I run 3 monitors and dedicate one to this and my Analyzer. The one thing I miss and wish they never took away from element was the ability to adjust the Ch. Cubase has so many hidden gems in it and its easy to manipulate. I can complete and mix an entire project with ease. It provides me as a producer all that I need. I feel your pain but it’s bigger than what you think it should be.
